7 Step Approach to Counselling

What will i learn?

First and foremost, problem identification and exploration are essential. For this, initial research and in-depth analysis is conducted.
How to communicate and what sort of questions need to be asked in order to begin the counselling process using the tool.
All in all the course is concise but doesn’t leave out major elements for becoming certified in the 7 Step Approach to Counselling.
All important information gathered, certain tests like CBT and grapho-analysis will be needed to be carried out to understand he aptitude and skill level to further strengthen the decision.
Probing is an art which requires skill to build open communications. A complete understanding of the past and current situation of the individual is important.
These 7 steps are unique and are formulated by CPHR which will leave no stone unturned in gathering information, analysing it and then reaching an optimal solution in the conflict resolution phase.
