Description
Purpose: The purpose of this model is to study and understand the continuity and consistency of facet within the team. It would help the
organization to bring its team members on one platform with profound skills, in
the walk of improvement and development of the Mazar Premises.
Research Method: The study plan was to conduct
qualitative, exploratory research with the help of Literature review secondary
Data. Secondly: to conduct first-hand information with the help of Observations
as Primary Data. The sampling method was to conduct the census Sampling technique.
Result: This model, with Continuous and Consistent
performance creates togetherness, develops team, and guides to maintain overall
performance skilfully.
