Description
The aim of this paper is to evaluate the effective utilization of human
resources in the Mannat department. This has been done through a leverage tool of
management. There are three main attributes for the process of effective
utilization. The result from this study through only secondary data emphasized
the necessity of implementing the three attributes to achieve the ultimate goal
which is increased productivity which in this case is the ultimate pilgrim
satisfaction.
