Author Abdul Qadir Dhamangamwala - An alumni of the esteemed Al Jamea Tus Saifiyah, Surat, India. Currently, an employee (Khidmatguzar) of Sigatul Mazarat -Al Vazaratus Saifiyah (Dargah Department) which is an office of His Holiness Dr. Syedna Aali Qadar Mufaddal Saifuddin Saheb (TUS).
Purpose - The study is planned to do research on the mindset of employees so that the deserving employee is given a chance to correct the mishap that occurred as well as to take necessary disciplinary actions on some so that behavioral discipline is maintained.
Research Method - The research method used as of now is secondary, but primary research is proposed to study the mindset of each employee to understand them better.
Result - A healthy relationship amongst the employees is beneficial for the employees themselves as well as the organization. Compatibility amongst them will make them perform team activities and proceed positively towards a common goal.
