Employees and u workers are one of the most valuable assets to any organization and the outcome of their activities influences the success and failure of an organization. A worker's performance level is a dynamic phenomenon that depends upon various factors. The purpose of this research paper is to identify° all those factors that influence the performance level of a worker, especially in a remote area like Denmal where finding skilled and professional workers as well as gaining the maximum productivity from them is a big challenge in itself. This is a descriptive research paper and focused on Denmal, a remote area near Patan, Gujarat. This paper also highlights the significance of the holistic approach in management techniques and how these methods could be effective in enhancing worker“s performance rate. Findings of this research reveal that the performance of workers doesn’t match their full potential in remote areas like Denmal, so the organizations situated there must take strategic steps in order to maximize worker's performance.
