The levels of satisfaction are always increasing in the service sector due to the competitiveness of the market. Delmal mazar is a service provider to its visitor. The mazar is situated in a remote location with reference to its geographical location and lack of resource availability. Hence customizing the need of each individual or standardization in service is the need of the hour for the delmal mazar. This paper emphasizes customization for managerial effectiveness at the individual and organizational levels. This tool helps mazar in getting an outstanding result.

The qualitative research and the induction of secondary data led to the different aspects of customization and its benefit in mazar administration application.
