Description

Purpose: People who are willing to change and let go of conventional ways of doing things will remain relevant throughout their working lives. Adaptability is very important in managing change. The Faiz Department in Burhanpur Mazaar is currently undergoing many infrastructural and procedural developments that require its employees to adapt to changes and mold themselves to enhance their performance and outcome. Hence the understanding of their adaptability scope shall provide insight on their behavior with regard to the current developments.

Research Method: Secondary data is used for qualitative research to explore the behavioral adaptability of employees.

Result: there are different levels of adaptability indifferent categories of workers.
